If I choose for example a burrito supreme, the only customization options are to remove beef or add other meat. No Orton for excluding anything else like lettuce, Pico, sour cream etc. Total waste of an app.

Worst app for ordering food ever. It's quicker to just go through the drive thru. Blow it up, start over and simplify. Streamline the ordering process instead of throwing too many options in front.

The app used to be the best and most convienent way to order taco bell but now it doesn't work after the update makes me feel like I'm trying to talk to a retard and they just can't understand but yet I try why when I know all this app is going to do is just disappoint me

In store we don't even know we have a mobile order until the customer arrives and informs us. Therefore we don't have the order ready until after they have already stood in line or waited in drive thru to tell us. This is no different than just ordering at the store. It has potential but you are going about it all wrong. Allow the customer to specify an arrival time and then have the order pop up on our kitchen order screen so it's made in time for the customer.

I really like the convenience of using this app, but there are problems. One of my orders was picked up by someone else. I can't usually order from cell service, it has to be WiFi. The app is slow to load every time, loading my account info etc even on fast WiFi. I will continue to use it because it's better than the alternative, slow awkward window ordering from a human.

Absolutely love this app! *EDIT* was 5 starts but now I can't log into the app at all. Tells me my password is wrong, forgot password is unusable & tells me there's an error. Hope this is fixed soon.
